Dalistan webside has a lot of ideas adopted from racial theories of the European colonists. Their data are in that respect gravely outdated. They can't even remember the day when the first series of indologists were Christian missionaries who deliberately wanted (and may have succeed to some extent) to falsify the collected original Hindu manuscripts. The openly (in their letters, books, articles) expressed their wish to demean and destroy Hinduism, even if they had to destroy manuscripts. For instance, where is the complete Bhavishya Purana gone, with the KaliyugaRajavrttanta? That part with exact dates and chronology is missing. The Bhavishya Purana has a lot of interpolations and real inconsistencies, with the suspected hand of indological etymological equations (like the word 'siksati', which is English. That can hardly have been part of the original Bhavishya, or a whole section with elaborate Biblical data). What strikes me most of the Puranas, is that of all section, it's the dynastical section which is most mutilated. Most of all the other sections of all the Puranas are relatively in agreement. How come that only the dynastical section is mutilated by the copiers of the Puranas and the rest is relatively in agreement? (The problem is that the other sections still have odd references to Yugas and chronological references which couldn't have been mutilated/fabricated). Pt. Taranath, one of the great Skt scholars of the 19th century, produced a Skt dictionary, on which much of the indological research was based. Why Taranath deliberately changed the meanings of the words is still a puzzle to me. He got a lot of money for his work, but why he chose to help in the destruction of his own mother culture, is really strange. For insyance the word goghna, which is explicitly explained by Panini in a Sutra to mean a 'gift of a cow' or Godana. But Taranath changed that in Gohatya or killing of the cow. In such way many Mantras, Sutras and Shlokas have been changed to make the Hindus 'eat meat of cows, horses, etc.' Even though the ManuSmriti has explicitely stated that it's forbidden, in the same place the interpolation violates the atmosphere of the rest and tells the opposite. This is why the ManuSmriti is full of contradictions. Sadly enough, we don't posses the original manuscript. That which was/is in the possession of the Society of indologists, is the 'original' of a few 100 years at the most, or younger when worked upon by the Society. Indian Bhojapatras don't last more than a few 100 years. The group of first generations of indologists were almost all connected with each other, whether German, French, American, British-Indian or British. This group has collected really thousands of thousands of original manuscripts (with their different recensions). It was easy for the paramount, zealous rulers to dictate the new course of the Indian history. How much they have destroyed and fabricated/mutilated our original works, is something research has to be done upon. As much as the Taliban and zealous Turkish monarchs totally destroyed our architecture etc., the indological Society destroyed and mutilated our scriptural heritage.
