Haha, dear fellows,

I'm involved in something without knowing. Not knowing before of what was known here. I'll try to understand that knowledge.

About the word Veda many things are said. I can give these additional remarks:

the Verb vid has two meanings:
1. to know (vetti)
2. to find (vindati)

The last meaning we find in an appelation of Indra as Govid =cow-finder. This last appelation was supplanted in later times to Krshna.
Go doesn't mean cow in the primary sense but Light (said of the Sun, but also of the earth).

I think both meanings of vid are the actually the same, differently conjugated. There's both types of knowing involved in vid, the empirical and the intuitive.
