Hmm, it is so tiresome to read replies where there are put words in your mouth which one has never used. Reading must be the most difficult thing! Reacting is easliy done. quote 1 Of course the killing of innocent people either way is injustifiable. But to depend on Karma is the most naive law I have ever heard of. In that sense the retalliation may be expained as a Karmic response! So it's very dangerous to depend (legislatively or socially) on Karmic Law in these matters. Here i clearly say: 'Of course the killing of innocent people EITHER WAY is injustifiable.' This isn't hard to understand, is it? Then I say that relying on Karmic Law is naive, because you said that 'Let the rule of law take care of evil doers and if they cannot then Law of Karma will." The Law of Karma must have slept for more than 1000 years in India, and what to say about the fate of American Indians whose cultures have been destroyed and whose survivors are still struggling after so many centuries. But actually i said that wrongdoers can also say that they can rely on that same Karmic Law to say that it was Karma which made them retalliate. That is where i said "in these matters' in the social and legislative field! I didn't say in the sense of (universal) morality. quote 2 About forgivingness in general This is the most abused phenomenon, especially negatively working for Hindus. Hindus are afraid of not forgiving. But others don't even frown a second to be agressive. Day and Ksham are one of the greatest gifts of Hindus to mankind, which Christianity learned through Bauddha Hinduism. But when you're not dealing with civilized people, who rape your women folk, who slaughter your men folk, not sparing even children or elders, you will automatically get re-action. This is where the militant Hindus came. This movement didn't rise because of looking for picknic parties, but because of centuries of abuse of the forgivingness of the Hindus. Still no justification for retalliation, but this is how this movement came into being. Here I give an explanation of how reactionary Hindus came into being. Its an explanation, not a justification. Is this so hard to understand? Where does this make someone also a reactionary or militant? quote 3 The only way to put Ahimsa (in a civilized environment) and proper Himsa (in an uncivilized environment) into practice, is to be strong from inside and have that charisma. It means that Hindus have to be proud of being Hindus, but also of not being afraid to act and counteract against violence in a proper defensive or even tactically offensive legal way. Ahims with fear or doubts or not authentic power will defeat anyone before any confrontation. Here I give the way of dealing with violence which is done by the communities of the civilized world: Ahimsa with civilized people (that means negotiation) and proper defensive Himsa with uncivilized. I used the word LEGAL with that last one, which means that it is done by accepted measures. (police or army checked by a chosen government). Offensive Himsa is when the police or army act upon people taken as hostages or kidnapped ones. You're saying that 'Your enemies are Hatered, Jeolousy, Lust, ego and greed. Not the Muslims and Christians." But who says that I have enemies in Muslims and Christians? And I have not the slighest friends in the words you've mentioned. Interpretation is something which can give much wrong opinions. But projection of own dichotomies is even more problematic. Here an exemple of interpretation without base, where you said 'God is Love. Show me an example in Hinduism, where God Has Supported Hatered and advised to follow it and I will change my Gandhian ideology to your Hinduvta.' Haha, did I ever support hatred? I didn't even mention that word. And my quotes underline that I don't support hatred. And where did I say that I'm supporting Hindutva: i believe that since you wrongly think that I support hatred, that you must mean militant Hindutva. If you would have taken some serious time to read my posts, than you wouldn't even think such funny things about me. I'm a HINDU not a militant Hindu-tva follower. It is not my problem that you think in dualistic Gandhian and not-Gandhian camps. It's your way of organizing the Hindu world, not mine. It's okay with me that you think that it gives you some kind of clearness, but don't project people into this dualistic caste-thinking of yours. And especially when it's unfounded. To take time to carefully read, that is an act of respect and .......that is what Love is about. |
