I agree: the nine gates or Navadv�ra (besides the Ashtachakra) are these: 1. excretion gate 2. genital gate 3. left nostril gate 4. right nostril gate 5. left eyehole 6. right eyehole 7. left ear gate 8. right ear gate 9. Randhra gate (top of head) Actually the concept is already mentioned in the Atharvaveda (10.2.31.-2) which describes the body as being eight-wheeled and nine-doored or "astacakra navadv�ra dev�n�m puryodhya".
