Your remarks may be well true for some people. In that case the search is not really to fight (ignorance), but to flee (reality). Sticking to your own faith implies also responsibility, like destroying ignorance, developing truthfulness, tolerance, acceptance, etc. If one can't find that in one's own group, one should try to reform. If that fails, one is always free to leave the own group. But in a sense, Gurudas is right, that one should try his best to optimize universal Manavta and balanced Karuna in his own group. This means one has to communicate not only within his own group, but with others on an equal basis. On that basis one can proceed with cooperation. This is still to a great extent an utopia.
