An unbeliever is in the literally sense a 'naastika' or one who doesn't believe in the astitva or beingness of Brahman. But whereas the Kafir is condemned and even punished, not so with the naastika.

The antisocial personalities go a step further then an anarchist in the literal sense. An anarchist is one who doesn't (an) want to depend on authority (archos).

The non-social ones may be divided into these categories:
1. a-social:in some behaviour not in agreement with the norm-al social. Egoistic behaviour in some cases, but for the rest social.
2. ab-social: moving away from the normal social, still having something social norms of its own. The ones that live outside the outskirts of normal social communities.
3. anti-social: reacting against any social behaviour.

The first group would be the Anarya-like behaviour of Arya people.
The second would be the Vraatya community, or the kindred Arya people living close to the Arya and having its origins in the Arya cult (Anu-Dasa, Turvasu-Abhiira, etc). The non-Arya are also in this category.
Of the third I cannot give conclusive exemples, or it must be some serial killer or other mentally sick individuals.
