That'r true, AK. Caste is alien to Hinduism. Occupational order is applied to social needs, but is very flexible and everchanging. That's the natural way. Just like Indian history needed a rectification in regard to the racial connecting supplanted by foreing investigators, the same is now needed in regards to Varna and Jati to be cleaned from casteistic and class connotations supplanted by especially the communist corner. Indian history is still too much coloured by class struggle thinking groups. It will take some decades to overcome this problem. Wherever there are reall class problems, this should be mentioned too in relation to the period and circumstances.
