Hindus have the concept of Pralaya or Dissolution. But it is not really like the Armageddon. It is more of a physical law. The Avat�ra or Incarnation concept resembles the Armageddon concept more: Yad� yad� hi dharmasya gl�nir bhavati...... which may indicate a chaotic period of evil. But the difference is not that of total destruction, but of Divine Interception, after which another Yuga Cycle starts. I think that the Armageddon concept has a linear ending timetable in view, while the Avat�ra, Yuga and Pralaya concepts are relative endless cyclical.
