	Say that about every country belongs to everybody to an Arab, SOV, for instance about Mekkah, and he won't agree. Their principles of Dar-ul Harb and Dar-ul Islam are contrary to your comment. The Germans had a similar concept of Heim-ins-Reich (Back to the Mainland) and Anschluss (Joining).
