About the persons you asked, Suprabha, I was a little confused, but then realized that the persons involved have in the Indonesian version probably a slight different role than in the Indian Mahabharata:

King Shalya of the Madras was the brother of Madrii, the wife of Pandu. The Madras were an Anava Arya tribe, which became the later Iranian tribes of Medes.

The three sisters and their story is the one concerning the three daughters of the king of Kashi. They were won over by Bhishma during their 'Svayamvara'. He did this for his stepbrother Vichitravirya. One daughter, named Amba, was in love with king Salva, and she was allowed to go to him by Bhishma. But that king rejected her, because she was won over by Bhishma and must return to him. She gave Bhishma the blame for this and wanted revenge, and returned according to the legends as Shikhandini the daughter of Drupada.

Rukmaratha was indeed the son of Shalya, but his other son was Rukmangada. The were Madras.
Bhurishravas and his brothers Shala and Bhuri were the sons of king Somadatta and grandsons of Balhika, the brother of Shantanu. These were all Kuru kings. Bhurishravas as a Balhika-Kaurava was thus a cousin of the Pandu-Kauravas.
