Hmm, you are not very consistent in your replies. Why do you now suddenly assume that things were better in older days? That heritage is not important is a very silly, naive assumption, contradicted by so many cultures. Another strange assupmtion of yours is that heritage is non-evolutionary so-to-say or non-developing, non-adapting. (Which doesn't mean that basic principles will be totally replaced in course of time). Why this yearning for new books, when you couldn't even appreciate the old or recent ones? That older ones don't have any meaning for you, doesn't say anything about the works, but more about yourself. Some people do like everytime new toys which are more colourful and fantastic, till thrown away.... Difference doesn't mean disagreement.
