SOV, you are asking to differentiate between this...and that... But are you? How can you just simply put every criticism of anything into one basket and call that spread of hatred and the criticing ones as followers of Osama? So you're not distinguishing things yourself. If someone is criticising a system or person without substantiating and with generalizations and emotions, you should comment on those particular remarks without generalizing and being emotional yourself. That invalidates your own comments. If the criticism is justified, then that shouldn't be downgraded either with comparing that with hatred philosophy.
